According to the latest news that Blade and Soul EU would be released on January 19, 2016. Blade & Soul has officially been released in Korea, China, Japan, and Taiwan as so far. From my experience,this isn't a generic mmorpg which uses the 'lock and attack system'.It's more to the technical side of things.It depends on what classes you use in the game.For example,Assasins have a skill that is activated by the enemies attacking you when you press the skill button related to the skill.This skill will make you teleport behind your enemy and makes you go into the stealth mode and the enemies can't see you.You have a chance to use skills that are only available in the stealth mode to surprise you enemy.
Graphics are great and the community is very friendly.You won't get bored of it even when playing for 7 hours straight. (Not like some mmorpgs that I've played before.Looking at you TERA.)

Now someone told me in comments. That I was not clear on how I figure out things in Blade and Soul. Pretty much this video I explain how. A lot has to do with the excellent English patch Loki Reborn made. But even without it the game helps you.

In most items tool tips, the game will point you in the right direction. So if it's a upgradeable item, you will have a nice hint for it. I use that hint and basically look on the map. Then find the matching symbols in chinese and head to that area. Or in the case It's still not clear. I'll Google search the area and exact item.

All of this has never failed me all the way to max level. Now that I'm doing it again on the Light side. It's even easier this time around. So I hope all of this helps you out.
